Description of the bug

Currently, it's an error with nf-core pipelines bump-version if a test snap does not contain a pipeline version string. I don't think this should be an error, see Slack discussion: https://nfcore.slack.com/archives/CE5LG7WMB/p1739467694872589

$ nf-core pipelines bump-version 2.0.0
