Closes #188 (note: for review/understanding this PR, it really helps to read the issue description!). Going forward, we will bind the schema that allows automatic tagging of
contentType=datasetto resolve the problem of users creating new folders that aren't tagged through new project creation. As well, it will enforce the dataset standard for these folders.PR review note: can be merged ahead of #186 without issue.
