chore: config.toml deprecation fixes

Addresses deprecration notices that were introduced with recent Hugo version updates

WARN  deprecated: site config key privacy.twitter.enableDNT was deprecated in Hugo v0.141.0 and will be removed in a future release. Use privacy.x.enableDNT instead.
WARN  deprecated: the ":filename" permalink token was deprecated in Hugo 0.144.0 and will be removed in a future release. Use ":contentbasename" instead.

Proposed changes

Write a clear and concise description that helps reviewers understand the purpose and impact of your changes. Use the
following format:

Problem: Some variables in config.toml got renamed on the Hugo side.

Solution: Simple renames.
