I'm a Data Scientist and a recent Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, and Physics graduate from the University of Auckland.
In 2021, I decided to extend my degree by 2 years to study CS because of a desire to pursue an interdisciplinary exploration of the human mind 🧠, the universe 🌌, and everything in between (especially doggos 🐶).
There's not much on here at the moment besides some mini-projects on AWS, visualisations, or certain APIs, but I'll be uploading university and personal projects (and my final-year Engineering honours project if I can find my way around all my notebooks 🥹)!
- 🌱 I’m currently learning and doing full-stack software development and data science at Orion Health
- 📫 How to reach me: GitHub (you're already here!) and LinkedIn
- ⚡ Fun fact: I've been collecting LEGO for 13 years and have no intention of stopping
Projects which I've worked on:
- Engineering Honour's thesis on multi-class classification of time-series brain signals using machine learning algorithms in Python
- Personal projects that
- Hackathons including the Google Developer Student Club hackathon (1st place! 🏆), MYOB IT Challenge (another 1st place! 🥇) and others from the Auckland University Computer Science Society and the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Auckland
Projects which I may or may not be working on currently (depending on when you're reading this) 🤫:
- Research and development into the application of large language models in healthcare
- Open-source contributions to libraries dealing with human pose estimation from images 🤺
- Web development in Python using Flask and Django 💻
- Creating software for robots in space 🌌
I also dabble(d) in writing blogs:
