This release brings the following changes.

• Overcurrent disabled ports are now retried on a 5min timer. This helps protect against an oversensitive overcurrent on a critical device that would kill access, impeding manually clearing the overcurrent flag.
• Port locking enables ports to be locked preventing CLI commands (PON/POFF/PCYCLE) from being applied. This helps protect against accidental actions against critical devices that would kill access.
• Improved debug data with regards to MCU reset cause.
• Removed startup 5s delay used primarily for debugging.
