Update mapviewer to 1.6.x

Update Mapintegratedvuer to 1.6.x, it includes the following changes

New features:

• New Connectivity Graph on connectivity information
• Annotation tool has now been moved to the sidebar for better user experience
• Connectivity entries on sidebar is now interactive
• Filtering on scaffoldvuer's region and flatmapvuer's system control
• Text on the visibility controls is now black
• State saving has been improved to include more settings here and here
• Improve searching on scaffoldvuer, making it consistent with flatmapvuer.

Bug fixes:

• Fix ESC on Fullscreen mode
• Fix a bug where contextual information may extend beyonds its viewing area
