I think this will need a new reftracker URL, so maybe hold off commit until that's finalised - check with Yetrina when she's back

@CEdwardsBlasikiewicz Yes, @scott-yeadon is correct. AFAIK, there has not been a decision made on where this Reftracker link is supposed to go to. This is also noted on the Jira ticket.
19/7 - decision needed - do we link to the existing Trove form that has established workflows or do we link to a new Reftracker form?
I don't think this was in the Ready for Dev state, so you will need to talk to Jac when she gets back about the correct URL.
Next time, please only pick up tickets that are in the "Ready for Dev" state or if a BA/Paul/senior dev tells you the ticket is ready. If they are in the "Backlog" or "Analysis in progress" state, they are likely awaiting decisions from the business area or further clarification by the BAs.
