Push docker image to Synapse #58

Currently this removes pushing of the image to dockerhub and pushes to synapse, but it can actually do both.

@thomasyu888 I prefer the official docker image built by this example repo to be stored on DockerHub because it will be easier to access to anyone and it will have a more user-friendly name. If the benchmarking infrastructure requires to push the image to Synapse in order to be submitted for evaluation, then this will be described in the documentation.

Yup. Works for me - just need to add to instructions:

docker tag ... docker.synapse.org/syn123/...

To submit.
