Migration from v3 to v4

Update helm values - Since Azure Notification Hub support was dropped with version 4 of the Consumer API, the corresponding Helm configuration values were removed. Also, it is no longer possible to specify the serverType in the APNs configuration, because this setting is now done on a per-device basis. If a device doesn't send a ``serverType, Production` is used as a default.
