Verbosity of smci_mi300x_platform_amdgpu_alllogs_collection.sh reduced.

Minor changes to smci_mi300x_platform_amdgpu_alllogs_collection.sh. Verbosity reduced and removing the logs folder, instead putting the output file directly in to the folder the script runs within.

• Here is the new and very clean output looks like:

• It does create one compressed files only contain the ALL LOGS as proven to be needed.
