Moved distraction down lower

put "the useless email address sign-up (which nobody has filled out yet)" lower down in the sidepanel, so that the sidepanel can be visually less distracting, more focused on 
1. the Gitter Twitter FB GH links and on 
2. the Mentors who are after all the star attraction.
