Download the oxt file from the LibreOffice Extensions site. To installation, start LibreOffice and install it from Menu:[Tools] -> [Extension Managere...].
The icon has been added to the gallery. You can insert them by opening the gallery in the sidebar and dragging and dropping the icons into your document.

UN OCHAがパブリックドメインでリリースした災害や被災状況、対応など人道支援関連で利用できるアイコンセット「Humanitarian Icons」のアイコンを追加する拡張機能です。挿入したアイコンは、色や大きさを自由に変更できます。

オリジナルのアイコンは以下のURLからダウンロードできます。
LibreOffice拡張機能サイトからoxtファイルをダウンロードしてください。インストールは、LibreOfficeを起動して、メニューバーのツール→拡張機能マネージャーからインストールしてください。
アイコンはギャラリーに追加されています。サイドバーのギャラリーを開いて、アイコンを文書内にドラッグ・アンド・ドロップすれば挿入できます。
