Unity Editor 上で SkinnedMeshRenderer から bone を消すやつ
- package manager から
- unity package から https://github.com/noir-neo/unity-bone-reducer/releases
- Prefab Variant を作るなど、バックアップを作る(このスクリプトは SkinnedMeshRenderer を変更します)
- Window > BoneReducer > BoneReducer からウィンドウを開く
- 消したいボーンを含む SkinnedMeshRenderer を選択
- ポップアップから消したいボーンを選択
- ウェイトを塗り直す先のボーンを選択
- "Delete the bone" ボタンを押す

Delete bones from SkinnedMeshRenderer in Unity Editor
- From package manager
- From unity package https://github.com/noir-neo/unity-bone-reducer/releases
- Back up your model e.g. Create Prefab Variant (this script will change SkinnedMeshRenderer)
- Open Window (Window > BoneReducer > BoneReducer)
- Assign target SkinnedMeshRenderer
- Select the bone which you want to delete
- Select the bone whose weights you want to repaint
- Click "Delete the bone" button
