貢献ガイドを追加しました。
今後はだ・である調に翻訳を修正していこうと考えているので、CONTRIBUTING.md内はですます調ですが例文はだ・である調で書いてあります。そのためtextlintの設定に衝突するので
.textlintignoreを使ってファイルを除外してあります。より良い方法があればご提案ください。
