Describe your changes

Similar to the datascience builds in Python/R, this extension adds a layer to import/cache commonly imported packages
https://docs.deno.com/runtime/manual/basics/modules/integrity_checking

  • adjusted version naming from 1.37-dev to 1.37 for consistency (images were being tagged with 1.37 anyway)
  • runs deno cache during image build time to cache imported packages
