  • Update NotificationApiService constructor to take a region parameter
  • Add NotificationApiRegion class for setting and handling setting the base url for each region
  • Add a GitHub actions workflow to run checks during pull request pipeline
  • Use Laravel Pint for code format check
  • Add composer.lock file to set dependency versions
  • Add .gitignore to prevent Laravel Pint dependency files from being added to the repo
