- Move shared enums and a constant to a file to solve this lint warning: warning  Fast refresh only works when a file only exports components. Use a new file to share constants or functions between components
… 'boolean'.

This double negation (!!) converts any value to its equivalent boolean.

This is not the latest version. The latest version of the code is on 0.0.1.
