Sync Greek with Noto Sans

In #71 (comment), Denis pointed out that Greek in Noto Sans have been updated two years ago and it seems that Noto Sans Math is still using the old Greek. We should import the new Greek glyphs but keep any math-specific modifications (like kappa change in #80).
