Place the compiled NeoFS protocol files in the repository

Previously, they were in the https://github.com/nspcc-dev/neofs-api-go repository. Since it's about to be deprecated, generated files are moved here. They are exported (not in `internal` dir) for servers implemented by external modules like https://github.com/nspcc-dev/neofs-node. This also adds codegen script which re-compiles source files and adapts imports to the SDK package tree. Signed-off-by: Leonard Lyubich <[email protected]>
