I have new pull request please review it, I can merge it.
fixed some bugs just found it yesterday. because we had to change some data on DB, so I put some rules to make sure that changes not effects when you lunch the programs.
Simply it was the number that where store in DB the issue, I noticed we stored that number sometimes as string or number.
So in order area I did make sure always to convert it to number when run the condition there. Also to store it as number when update the ingredient.
