New features:
- albums with multiple CDs now have track number as a decimal (thanks @rishiral and @kedij777 )
- Streams now use the largest thumbnail by default
Bugfixes:
- The youtube streaming library has been updated which should solve most of the problems with streaming some users have been experiencing.
