- Protocol upgrade：After 90% of the consensus nodes are upgraded to the 1.3.0 version and 30,000 blocks are packaged, the Mainnet will switch to the new protocol. And the new protocol stipulates that the Mainnet continues to package 80,000 blocks, all consensus nodes will stop packaging transactions.

- The transaction remark information size limit is modified;
