Description:
This PR updates the pullHistoricalGitHubActivities script to also fetch all past GitHub discussions in addition to the existing historical data. This enhancement ensures that the data repo is pre-populated with comprehensive information, including discussions.
Changes Made:
Modified the pullHistoricalGitHubActivities script to include logic for fetching discussions.
Updated the data processing logic to handle the additional data from discussions.
