  • Major refactor that re-organizes files and adds support for capturing additional RDTs

NB: The published version of this tag on Bintray has issues with the min sdk version when used with OpenSRP native forms library - use version 2.0.1 instead which has all the features of 2.0.0 with the min sdk version downgraded to allow compatibility with native forms.
