1. Bump atree from v0.8.0-rc.6 to v0.8.0 …

   Atree v0.8.0 is the biggest release since the first
   release of atree deployed to mainnet (atree v0.1.1).
   
   Atree v0.8.0 passed 1034 hours of smoke tests as
   well as comparisons using re-executed mainnet blocks
   and storage health checks before/after Sept. 4 spork.
   
   This release introduces atree inlining & deduplication which
   eliminates over 1 billion mtrie nodes on mainnet and also
   reduces atree payload count by over 500 million to improve
   resource utilization of execution nodes.
