When I tried importing OBI, the only two JSONLISTs I got ended up with 'subject' "null" (a string) and 'predicate' NULL. |

I tested on OBI again, and this looks good! |

This PR handles RDF lists as JSON arrays, and gives them a
_JSONLISTdatatype.
