Allow fuel model gallery preview to be controlled by the user

Description

The fuel model gallery is introduced in #149 and provides a widget that can preview models that have been fetched from gz-fuel. That preview has a fixed position/perspective and fixed black background.

This feature request is to allow the preview camera to be moved around since some models might not be easy to see from the default preview camera settings. It would also be neat if users can choose the background color and turn on/off grids to help give some perspective for the model.
