Note: This PR is currently peeling out the implementation from https://github.com/opencompl/lean4/pull/6/files#diff-7245f52b031185fb33a37ce2f2ae6f0fab08b492aed2f2f32d1df3b208d53383. Furthermore, once it's peeled out, it will need a refactor. It's currently written in a heavily-dependently-typed style to manage proof obligations. However, it might be nice to have it be non-dependently-typed for LeanSAT's ease of use. This will need to be discussed with @hargoniX .
