[stable/ndm]: update ndm charts to 1.1.0 (#531)

* [stable/ndm]: update ndm charts to 1.1.0

- update chart version
- update README
- update values.yaml
- update NDM daemonset and NDM operator
- update CRDs with openAPI validation
