Part of openedx/axim-engineering#23 This replaces the `@edx/paragon` packag to point to the `paragon` package at the `openedx` scope(`@openedx/paragon`). Imports have been updated to use the same locations in the new package.

@feanil Note, this PR will be blocked until #1009 and #1001 are reviewed and merged (we can't upgrade to Paragon v21 in this repo until other JS deps like frontend-platform are upgraded due to peer dependency issues). Tackling those upgrades will be first up for me in the new year (we've just prioritized the upgrades in our current sprint), at which point we can get this PR in place. |
