    Renames the following everywhere in the codebase:

* getLateRedemptionBufferDays -> getLateEnrollmentBufferDays
* useLateRedemptionBufferDays -> useLateEnrollmentBufferDays
* isEnrollableBufferDays -> lateEnrollmentBufferDays
