NOTE: If you wish to use the upgrader tle-upgrade-2019.2.r20200528+.2019.2.3-Stable.OSE.zip please rename the file to: tle-upgrade-2019.2.r20200528 (2019.2.3-Stable.OSE).zip before uploading to the oEQ Manager (unfortunately GitHub does not support parentheses, however the oEQ Resource Centre requires them).
