Reason for schema changes
All schemas need to be updated to add $id which points to w3id.org URI, to reference JSON Schema version draft-07. Some need to be updated to reference the relevant IEEE schemas and those schemas that exist also in the IEEE repository are deprecated.
Summary of schema changes
The set of schemas changed in this batch: 1) acceleration, diastolic and systolic blood pressure, blood glucose schemas updated to reference IEEE schemas; 2) unit value, unit value range, speed schemas deprecated in favor of IEEE schemas of the same name
