This commit migrates the project from the deprecated taglibv1 library to the newer taglibv2 version. The following changes were made: - Updated dependencies to use taglibv2 instead of taglibv1 - Refactored code to comply with the taglibv2 API changes - Resolved all build warnings related to the library migration
