Minutes for TSC 12_14_2017

• New TSC Chair Announcement:

• Communication Services:

  • The following services have been approved by the Governance
    Slackin and Slack Archiving service
    Groups.io mailing lists (professional level)
    AR: Emanoel/Jeff to setup the services to the TSC
  • Additionally we also need to setup a team managed meeting service (i.e.: zoom)
    AR: Emanoel/Jeff to follow up if this service has been already approved by the board. If so we will set it up and resume our TSC meetings using it. If not, we will work with the governance to vote and approve the budget for this service.
  • We must also update our website with the appropriate links to our communication services.

• Repos Admin Access:

  • We must provide admin access to the OSC repos to a LF owner/alias. AR: Emanoel to get proper owner/alias from Jeff and configure the access on github/opensecuritycontroller

• Meeting Calendar:

  • Our next scheduled meeting is in a holiday week (12/28) and without objections will be canceled. This will also provide more time for Jeff and Emanoel to setup the new meeting series. Our meetings will be resumed either on 1/4 or 1/11 depending on the availability of the zoom/meeting service.
