Update infinispan-cloud to latest version on RH Maven

This fixes linkedin issue mentioned in #33 however we still get the issue on micro-trader-dashboard that need to be investigated

Can you also update the solution branch with these changes? This branch is used when we create the Katacoda base image. We build the Maven project in the image so that the artifacts are cached in ~/.m2 for fast builds later when users use the scenario.
