I reached out to the API team at KS to ask if they had any plans to add Vote data to the API or would be open to adding a link to Votes in with Bill Actions on the Detail page, but for now just pulled back the Vote logic from the old Bill scraper since we have users anxious to get that data. Did add the RSS list page logic to get the Bill Ids since that's way faster & less on their systems, but it is hitting the html site. Planning on running ~once a day, so shouldn't be too much & hoping they get back to me with a different solution.
