  1. Add Swift SDK support to testing framework 

    Introduce support for the Swift SDK (OpenTDFKit) in the testing framework. This includes new scripts for CLI interactions, project setup in Swift Package Manager, and adjustments to the testing codebase and documentation to accommodate Swift along with existing SDKs.
