refactor: modularize look event callback and improve code readability

Description

This commit refactors the code related to the onLook event by modularizing the logic into separate functions for handling item and creature descriptions. Additionally, admin-specific details have been moved to a dedicated function. These changes improve readability, reduce code repetition, and make future maintenance easier.
