Cochrane database has an entity Reviewer. Reviewer reviews Report (m2m relation). I guess Report is a Review (ResultsDoc) on our language.

@roll A Review is a Systematic Review, a meta-analysis of a collection of "studies" in tblStudy. These are in tblReview not tblReport. Reviews can provide the "risk of bias" score mentioned in the trial page mock.
