"Using the general form of the Gaussian equation A is the amplitude of the inactivation curve and is 0.516, B describes the height with a value of 13.508 mV and C is its standard deviation of 19.48 mV"

So probably should be C2...

Seems like you are right.
With 2C:

With C² the output of the gating params look more like what we can see in the paper but there is a difference in the spike width and the number of spikes:

There is also the issue that the equation even with C^2 is not giving the correct form for the inactivation as shown in Fig 3:

Maybe 2C^2 is what the author mean!

I've changed channel to use 2C^2 in the channel as @VahidGh suggested, and along with a few other changes, the model is looking close to the figures:

There are now 2 versions of the model
LEMS_Figure7_ScaledCell.xml which uses a cell with no segments and tries to keep as close to the paper's units (e.g. 1uA input current)
and
LEMS_Figure7.xml
which has a cell with dimensions close to the c elegans muscle, which should be better for use in c302 etc.

Seems like I am a few years late here, but as the author of this paper I can tell you that I did make a mistake in that equation and it is supposed to be C^2.

By the way @nellac77, do you know of any follow up work that used this model or similar?
