Description of the change:
This is just a draft to highlight the changes on this branch, some might find it useful stuff here to get a local dev (on kind) setup.

Motivation for the change:

If this is for local testing, you might want to create a staging or dev directory for alternate defaults until the clustercatalog api is available by default in openshift?
