0.5 Beta Release

The previously published binary did not match the source tagged so it has been deleted.
This assumes that puppet lint is installed and on the path.
Use Puppet-Lint Current File to run it.

Known Issues (feel free to create them officially!):

• "Puppet-Lint All Files" still looks for JavaScript files :)
• Some complex scripts break the parsing of the puppet lint output
