Support aerialway in deadend detection #2062

Either stations (for the big, mechanical aerialways) or zip_lines (for the ones in the mountains where there's nothing but a line that you can clip into and then let gravity take care of you) should be valid end points for (otherwise) deadend highways.

Spotted them as they were frequently reported as false positives. Example: https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/6052770972
