We moved to a new VPS hosted on hetzner to reduce hosting costs. Every osscameroon apps were moved to that new host, except the osscameroon website.
This PR has all changes that were necessary to perform the migration. The osscameroon is now running on the new hetzner host.
And the digital ocean host was decommissioned.
