This PR mainly adds documentation for the latest templating feature.
Please refer to commit message of 08172bc for explanation.
As I just reworked the templating today to allow external templates to be loaded through the configuration with additional static files to be served, e.g., style sheets, I updated the README.md a bit.
Furthermore, let's think about outsourcing the CSS to embed into the response page as well.
This should now be addressed, as written above :)
