Castle is a mobile app quite similar to Fancade that lets you create your own games, upload them, and view others' ones.

Now, as for the programming language - it formerly used Lua, but the only current method for programming is instructions.

I'm also not sure about the resolution of the console - it allows the usage of sprites or "blueprints" drawn in pixel art with a limited color palette, but the screen's actual resolution is appearently unlimited.

There is a way to play Castle ""decks" (that's the way it calls games) on browser but only on Chrome as far as I can remember, and it's not easily accessable, not allowing you to browse decks.
