Note that this is a fork of the original Nextdoor/ndscheduler!

The reason for this significant jump in the version number is that it contains a lot of changes done outside this repository which have been merged.

Some key changes and enhancements:

  • Option for YMAL config
  • tornado >=6 support
  • authentication feature
  • basic user and password management
  • https support
  • several small improvements
  • email notification on failed jobs
  • handler for SIGTREM
  • clean-up interrupted executions
  • formatting compliant with black
  • example for systemd service

In addition, the reference implementation simple_scheduler has been separated out to it's own repository.
