Paneron extension kit

The kit currently contains a set of types relevant for Paneron extension development, a helper function makeExtension(), and a collection of UI widgets.

Release sequence

• Update version in package.json

• Build the extension without errors or warnings: yarn build

• The package is built in dist/ directory

• Test that it works in integration with Paneron, RegistryKit and extensions

• Commit package.json with new version

• Tag repository (e.g., git tag -s 2.3.4)

• From within the dist/ directory, publish the built package to NPM
