pangeo-forge-runner bake ...withpython==3.9.16+LocalDirectBakerycauses a seg fault for me (on Mac M1), which appears to be some version of:python/cpython#89372

python==3.9.13. Downgrading to that Python version locally solves this issue for me.Perhaps we want to pin to that in
